Wynter’s financial experience in the corporate environment has benefited the firm’s overall performance, most notably with client development and firm expansion. Her understanding of multi-level organizations and sound communication skills have expanded the firm’s reach into new previously untouched markets including corporate, higher education, and healthcare. Her leadership has generated repeated successes for the firm with clients like Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, Lewis & Clark Community College, Nestle Purina PetCare, Anheuser-Busch, and HSHS.

Wynter has 25 years of construction and abatement experience exclusively with Farmer Environmental Services. Wynter has had the opportunity to provide small- and large-scale project management and design for various clients. Her success has been greatly due to the ability to think through the scope of work and determine how it will affect hazardous building materials. She provides extensive coordination needed in order to meet the expectations of the owner, safety of the building occupants and lower the intrusion on building occupants while following all local, state and federal rules and regulations. Wynter prides herself on providing accurate cost estimates and timelines so that the Project is on the right foot from the very start.

Wynter’s success is shown in the number of repeat long-term clients and extensive word of mouth referrals. She works with numerous building owners, architectural and engineering firms, and construction management firms in order to provide the best possible outcomes for the building owner.
